RETURN POLICY FOR OUR RETAIL CUSTOMERS
Your total satisfaction is our top priority. Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt for any damage. Please make sure your watch is working properly when you receive it, and that no damage has incurred during shipping. If you find anything wrong with your order, please contact us immediately by email at morganenterprise@aol.com, or by phone at 256-318-2470, so we may assist you with any problems.
If your merchandise was damaged in shipping, we will file a claim with UPS and they may ask to inspect any damaged merchandies and/or the packaging it arrived in. Please do not throw our the packaging marterials or box that your order arrived in for at least 15 days after receipt if you received damaged merchandise.
If you are not happy with your order, you may return your merchandise within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise. Shipping fees are NOT refundable. Please contact us at morganenterprise@aol.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number to receive proper credit for your return.
Morgan Enterprise warrants to the original consumer/purchaser that the movement of your watch will be free from defects in workmanship and material for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Your watch movement will be either replaced or repaired, at our option. This warranty does NOT apply to the Bracelet, Case, Crystal, or Battery.
For Repairs include $6.50 to cover the cost of shipping and
handling.

Your Total satisfaction and successful retail of our products is our utmost priority. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all merchandise closely for any defects or damage in shipping.
If you find anything wrong with a product, or any damages, please contact us at morganenterprise@aol.com within 72 hours so we may assist you with replacement or credit of merchandise.
If you do not contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your order, it is implied that your order was received in good condition, and thereafter there is no warranty implied on any products.
All returned merchandise, other than damaged merchandise which we may request be returned, will incur a 15% restocking fee.
