Bill Morgan, President
Bill is one of the most well respected and active real estate and agriculture developers in the Central Valley and Central Coast. He has earned respect within the agriculture and real estate industries by demonstrating his ability to negotiate fairly, adhere to timelines within allocation and has set a standard of excellence founded on real partner relations and results-driven trust. As President of Morgan Enterprise, Bill is responsible for the overall management, operations, and strategic direction of all company ventures.
With over 45 years in real estate, his experience encompasses the entire property life cycle, including acquisition, development, operation, and disposition of real estate properties ranging from residential developments of single-family homes and multi-family complexes, to Class A office and commercial site. With over 25 years of experience in agriculture, his experience encompasses all stages of the product life cycle and numerous varieties of agricultural products where he specializes in identifying and turning around undervalued and under-served assets. Bill lives in Exeter, CA.

Chase Morgan, VP
Chase Morgan is the oldest son of Bill Morgan and has been exposed to agribusiness and real estate since childhood. As Vice-President, Chase is responsible for all areas of the business, with a focus on underwriting, acquisition, monetization of existing assets. Like everyone at Morgan Enterprise, Chase's responsibilities go beyond his primary role; he was the Construction Manager for Broad Street Storage in San Luis Obispo (SLO), CA, and is currently leading the development of various real estate projects on the Central Coast. He is also the Principal Broker for MBRE, a professional real estate management and sales company.
Prior to joining Morgan Enterprise full time, Chase held the position of Sr. Program Manager, Business and Strategic Initiatives at a Bay Area tech company. Prior to this position, he held a managing role on the Merger, Acquisition, and Venture Capital team at the same company. Chase lives in San Luis Obispo with his wife and two children. He is active in the local community serving as a Committee Member for the SLO Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee, Business and Economic Council, and assists multiple charities. In his spare time, Chase can be found biking, hiking, kickboxing, training jiu jitsu, or spending time with his family at the park.
Chase holds a B.S. degree in economics and finance from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA with a finance and international business emphasis from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. He is also a CA DRE licensed broker.

Lance Morgan, VP
Lance Morgan is the youngest son of Bill Morgan and along with his brother, has been exposed to agribusiness and real estate since childhood. Lance's core responsibilities include asset management and execution, including the management and monetization of a 165 home subdivision - Willow Springs, and other housing developments in the central valley.
Prior to joining the Morgan Enterprise team, Lance held the position of Program Manager of Data Science Execution at a Fortune 100 Silicon Valley tech company. In this role, he and his fellow team members were responsible for the direction of strategic enablement for solving enterprise largest challenges through data science. Lance lives in Visalia, CA but will soon be joining his brother on the Central Coast.

Les Amos, Controller
Les Amos has over 20 years experience in the accounting field as a Realtor, Tax Preparer, Banker, and private business owner. Les began his business career at an independent bank supervising operations, which gives him an excellent knowledge of the internal workings of banks along with insight as to how bankers think and what they want to see. Following this for over 5 years he specialized in sales of single family homes – being nationally recognized as a top producer on 2 occasions.
Les serves as Controller and Director of Accounting for Morgan Enterprise, overseeing day-to-day financial affairs for the construction, property management and farming operations. Additionally, Les updates and circulates quarterly financial statements and prepares quarterly management reports on the various properties for investor reports. Les has also assisted in the start-up and organization of multiple private businesses, along with cost reduction measures and fiscal guidance in private and public sectors.
