Bill is a highly respected and active developer in both real estate and agriculture across California’s Central Valley and Central Coast. As President of Morgan Enterprise, he oversees the company’s management, operations, and strategic direction. Known for his integrity, commitment to timelines, and strong partner relationships, Bill has set a standard of excellence rooted in trust and results.
With over 45 years of real estate experience, Bill has led projects across the full property lifecycle—from acquisition to disposition—spanning residential, multi-family, and Class A commercial developments. His 25+ years in agriculture include all phases of the product cycle, with a focus on revitalizing underperforming assets across diverse crop types. He resides in Exeter, CA

Chase Morgan, VP
Chase oversees all aspects of the business with a focus on underwriting, acquisitions, and asset monetization. Raised in a family deeply rooted in agribusiness and real estate, Chase has been involved in the industry since childhood. Beyond his primary role as VP, he has led real estate developments in the Central Valley and along the Central Coast—including Broad Street Storage in San Luis Obispo and Windsor Pointe Apartments in Bakersfield. He is also the Principal Broker of MBRE, a real estate management and sales firm that manages several of the companies assets. Before joining Morgan Enterprise full-time, Chase was a Senior Program Manager in Business and Strategic Initiatives and previously held a leadership role in M&A and Venture Capital at a Bay Area tech company.
Based in San Luis Obispo with his wife and two children, Chase is active in the community through the SLO Chamber of Commerce and local charitable efforts. In his free time, he enjoys biking, hiking, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, and time with his family.
Chase holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA with a finance and international business focus from Santa Clara University. He is also a licensed California real estate broker.

Lance Morgan, VP
Lance Morgan is the youngest son of Bill Morgan and along with his brother, has been exposed to agribusiness and real estate since childhood. Lance's core responsibilities include asset management and execution, including the management and monetization of a 165 home subdivision - Willow Springs, and other housing developments in the central valley.
Prior to joining the Morgan Enterprise team, Lance held the position of Program Manager of Data Science Execution at a Fortune 100 Silicon Valley tech company. In this role, he and his fellow team members were responsible for the direction of strategic enablement for solving enterprise largest challenges through data science. Lance lives in Visalia, CA but will soon be joining his brother on the Central Coast.

Les Amos, ControllerLes brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, with a background as a Realtor, Tax Preparer, Banker, and private business owner. He began his career managing operations at an independent bank, gaining deep insight into banking systems and expectations. He later became a nationally recognized top-producing real estate agent.
As Controller and Director of Accounting at Morgan Enterprise, Les oversees financial operations across construction, property management, and farming.
